Mental Health Support Worker

Safehands recruitment are seeking to build a team of bank experienced support workers, who have worked within supported living environments, to assist adults with mental health and challenging behaviour. You will support and supervise the individuals in a secure environment. It is important that you will be able to work with and manage challenging behaviours, so assisting the service users to develop self-control. Sometimes it can be quite challenging, but it is always an extremely rewarding role.

applicants must be able to provide the following:

• Right to work within the UK
• Three years referencing history (ideally)
• 6 months care experience within supported living environment ideally with challenging behaviour.
• Proof of Immunisations
