About Safehands Recruitment
Quality People
At Safehands Recruitment, the staff we supply are experienced, trained and skilled in supporting adults and children with complex needs and disabilities.
This includes learning difficulties, physical disabilities, mental health issues, autistic spectrum disorders, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairment and drug rehabilitation. We also care for the elderly in a variety of different residential and healthcare settings.
Quality Care
We supply staff into a range of different settings and organisations which include; Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Day Centres, Specialist Schools and Colleges, Private Care Providers, Supported Living Settings, Hospitals and Charities.
Our recruitment process is tightly regulated – the staff members we supply are selected only once they have been fully trained, inducted and completed an enhanced DBS check. They then go on to be fully assessed by us regularly.

Safehands are a very good agency to work for. All the ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly and always find work for all of us who work for them . We have a great team of support workers who work well together to fill all the shifts we are offered .
Keep up the good work everyone and let’s keep up our good reputation .
As far as the service we receive from Safehands goes we are very happy and find all of your staff very helpful in meeting our service needs and in particular Natasha who is always very prompt, keeps us well informed as to progress of shift cover and management and, seems dedicated in accommodating us in our requests – which are sometimes very short notice. It is always nice to speak to someone who is cheerful, helpful and positive and this can be said of all your team with whom we speak to. I should also like to say that the follow up to those unforeseeable times when things do not quite go to plan is always very good and Natasha keeps us informed and understands.
The service I received from Safehands Recruitment, in particular Callum Hughes, was second to none. Right from the start I soon realised that this was what receiving customer service excellence was about. When Callum said that he would do something he did, usually quicker than I expected. He kept me informed of requirements and developments every step of the way and on the morning of my interview, contacted me to wish me luck and to provide me with suggestions on the interview. I cannot suggest or comment on any improvements that could be made in the process because, as far as I am concerned, it was exemplary. Thank you Callum and the Safehands Team!
I have been working with Safehands Recruitment for a few months and this company makes you want to go above and beyond. With supportive teams who all strive to be the “best of the best” and encourage individuals strengths to be utilised to allow personal growth and development, which complements the company’s aim to be so successful. Positive, inspiring and empowering.
I joined Safehands in May 2014 as an externally subcontracted bookkeeper. It very quickly became clear to me that I wanted to be part of the team on a permanent basis and was delighted to be offered a contract of employment as financial controller. The directors have immense drive and passion for the care industry which I find highly motivating. I look forward to achieving our future goals and watching the company continue to grow whilst feeling valued and cared for as a Safehands employee.
Safehands have been very accommodating with flexibility around my children, so much so that after 9 months I went full time. All the staff and directors have been so encouraging and supportive to enable me to further my career again. In the 18 months I have been here, I have seen the company grow and grow which is very motivating and I feel privileged to be part of a fast developing, caring company. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
I have always been encouraged to contribute to the development of the business and its continued growth. There is a great family feel to the organisation which is a pleasure to work within and you are in control of your future, with ongoing support and training to take that next step in your career. The journey so far has been truly fantastic- and I am excited for the future of Safehands and my career here.
