Senior Branch Manager, Telford
Natalie has a wealth of experience in the care sector having previously worked as a support worker and a deputy manager with children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities, challenging behaviour and dementia.
She joined Safehands in 2015 as a recruitment consultant and has built the Telford branch into what it is today. Now Senior Branch Manager, Natalie and the team have created strong and successful relationships with our clients and candidates. Natalie is exceptionally talented at placing the right candidate in the right role.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking in the countryside with her dog and mountain biking in the Welsh hills.

Chantal has a background in healthcare and joined Safehands as a support worker in 2014. Following this, she became a recruitment consultant and since 2018 has been our Branch Manager in Hereford.
Chantal is known for the high level of customer service she delivers and for always providing an easy, smooth onboarding process for our candidates.

With 19 years of recruitment experience, Sarah has gained respectable amounts of knowledge and expertise. She has a talent for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates and working with clients in difficult-to-recruit areas has taught her how to explore alternative methods to successfully support them.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and socialising with her friends.

Jamie joined us in 2017 from our sister company, RE Recruitment. He has worked on the permanent side of recruitment for Safehands, but his passion lies within temporary recruitment, as he loves the fast-paced environment. He’s passionate about building long-lasting relationships and delivering more for clients and employees.
In his spare time, Jamie has run two half marathons for one of our respected clients who specialises in helping the homeless across South Wales.

Alicia joined the Safehands team in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has since become our Branch Manager in Cheltenham.
During her time at Safehands, she has developed a real passion for ensuring the candidates we recruit are quality carers, ensuring we provide a high-quality service for the service users and the clients we support.
Branch Manager, Bristol
Oli has over 25 years of recruitment experience. In 2021 he opened up the first Safehands Recruitment franchise in Bristol. Having this opportunity has been a great journey for him and he is still enjoying his experience. Since working with Safehands, Oli has learnt from the Senior Management team how to support the opening of a new business which he hopes to replicate in the future.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and cooking.

Faye joined Safehands in January 2018 and since day one her upbeat personality has helped build fantastic relationships with our clients and candidates in the Telford branch.
Faye loves the daily challenges of recruitment and takes pride in knowing that she makes a difference in many people’s lives. A highly talented recruitment consultant and manager, she recently won a trip to Ibiza for her dedication and passion within the business.
Outside of work, she is a busy mum and enjoys spending time with her family. She also has weekly PT lessons, is a keen chef and loves to host!
Her best career advice is to remain on your toes, and always try switching things up. Always make people laugh and be a supportive listening ear. Never promise something you cannot commit to, and honesty is the best policy.
