Chantal has a background in healthcare and joined Safehands as a support worker in 2014. Following this, she became a recruitment consultant and since 2018 has been our Branch Manager in Hereford.

Beth brings a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and wellbeing to her role as Recruitment Consultant at Safehands Recruitment in Hereford. Having grown up in a family that ran a care home, she has been immersed in the industry from an early age, giving her invaluable insight into the sector’s challenges and rewards.
After spending several years travelling and working in Australia, Beth gained experience in recruitment and hospitality, developing strong people skills and a keen understanding of workforce management. Now back in the UK, she is dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities while supporting employers in finding the best talent.

Faye joined Safehands in January 2018 and since day one her upbeat personality has helped build fantastic relationships with our clients and candidates in the Telford branch.

Her best career advice is to remain on your toes, and always try switching things up. Always make people laugh and be a supportive listening ear. Never promise something you cannot commit to, and honesty is the best policy. Natalie has a wealth of experience in the care sector having previously worked as a support worker and a deputy manager with children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities, challenging behaviour and dementia.
She joined Safehands in 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant and was instrumental in launching and growing our Telford branch into the successful service that it is today.
