Who we are

Alicia joined the Safehands team in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has since become our Senior Branch Manager in Cheltenham.

During her time at Safehands, she has developed a real passion for ensuring the candidates we recruit are quality carers, ensuring we provide a high-quality service for the service users and the clients we support.

Brad joined the team in 2023 with over 7 years of experience in healthcare recruitment. Originally specialising in nursing placements, he is passionate about supporting care settings with first class staff, who feel supported and passionate about the work they do.

Chantal has a background in healthcare and joined Safehands as a support worker in 2014. Following this, she became a recruitment consultant and since 2018 has been our Branch Manager in Hereford.

Chantal is known for the high level of customer service she delivers and for always providing an easy, smooth onboarding process for our candidates.

Her best career advice: “If you have a goal in mind, don’t lose sight if you don’t achieve it the first time. If you want to do something in life, be confident in yourself to achieve it”.

Beth brings a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and wellbeing to her role as Recruitment Consultant at Safehands Recruitment in Hereford. Having grown up in a family that ran a care home, she has been immersed in the industry from an early age, giving her invaluable insight into the sector’s challenges and rewards.

After spending several years travelling and working in Australia, Beth gained experience in recruitment and hospitality, developing strong people skills and a keen understanding of workforce management. Now back in the UK, she is dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities while supporting employers in finding the best talent.

Faye joined Safehands in January 2018 and since day one her upbeat personality has helped build fantastic relationships with our clients and candidates in the Telford branch.

Faye loves the daily challenges of recruitment and takes pride in knowing that she makes a difference in many people’s lives. A highly talented recruitment consultant and manager, she recently won a trip to Ibiza for her dedication and passion within the business.

Outside of work, she is a busy mum and enjoys spending time with her family.  She also has weekly PT lessons, is a keen chef and loves to host!

Her best career advice is to remain on your toes, and always try switching things up. Always make people laugh and be a supportive listening ear. Never promise something you cannot commit to, and honesty is the best policy. Feel the hunger to succeed and push every single day for it, and never take success for granted…. keep pushing to achieve it more than once.

Natalie has a wealth of experience in the care sector having previously worked as a support worker and a deputy manager with children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities, challenging behaviour and dementia.

She joined Safehands in 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant and was instrumental in launching and growing our Telford branch into the successful service that it is today.

Natalie enjoys walking in the countryside with her dog and mountain biking in the Welsh hills in her spare time.

Her best career advice is to always think positively and that you’re right for the job. With passion, you can succeed at anything.

With 19 years of recruitment experience, Sarah has gained respectable amounts of knowledge and expertise. She has a talent for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates and working with clients in difficult-to-recruit areas has taught her how to explore alternative methods to successfully support them.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and socialising with her friends.

Sarah’s best piece of career advice: “Always remain professional, be resilient, and stay positive because everything is possible”.

Amy brings a wealth of experience to her role as Resourcer & Compliance Officer at Safehands Recruitment in Worcester. With a background in childcare, care support work, and healthcare recruitment, she has a deep understanding of the care industry and the importance of compliance in delivering high-quality services.

Her expertise ensures that Safehands Recruitment maintains the highest standards, from sourcing skilled professionals to ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Katie joined us in 2024 following an expansive career in healthcare recruitment. She loves building lasting client and staff relationships and truly believes in the quality of service that Safehands provides.

One of her favourite parts of the job is placing a worker on their first shift and hearing positive feedback.
