At Safehands we provide staff for domiciliary care companies to support a seamless service on their behalf. Our workers provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship while promoting independence and dignity.

Our staff support individuals with a full range of tasks, from personal care and medication support to companionship, mobility assistance, and specialist care for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, specific complex conditions such as acquired brain injury and autism.

All our carers undergo thorough DBS checks and extensive training to ensure they provide safe and high-quality care.

Our internal trainer gives all carers mandatory training before they start working with us. They cover areas such as first aid, basic life support, moving and handling, medication management, and safeguarding, with regular refreshers and additional top ups to maintain high standards.

We operate 24/7 which means we can respond quickly to urgent staffing requests. Our average placement time is 15 minutes. We are a small office team and we manage our own on call service, which means our clients always get through to someone they know, and who knows their business.
