Assistant Registered Manager

EBD – Residential Service

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Registered Manager looking for career progression within a growing care business. 

The Role – 

Working alongside the Registered Manager you will play a vital role in within the new service.

You will be liaising with the local commissioners and building a team from inception, where you will be tasked with creating an energetic and passionate team to make a difference to the young person’s life.

The organisation prides themselves on investing in their own, and value professional development, with initially junior team members now important components of the Senior Management Team.

Location – 

The head office is based in Leeds, with other placements in the West Yorkshire area.

Required – 

• Working towards your Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Services or Social Worker with Residential Experiences
• 2 years’ experience working within Ofsted regulated service 
• Good people management skills
• Knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and standards
• Passionate about Children’s Care, approachable to both staff and residents
