Client Services Manager - Care

Bespoke, Luxury Care Home are looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Manager to join their team in Tetbury.

The Company: 

Independent, luxury Care Home, that specialises in residential and nursing care.

Set in a beautiful, Cotswold location with extensive range of communal spaces, including lounges and dining rooms, as well as a café, cinema, hairdressing salon and a gym.

The Role:

To ensure that clients receive the highest standard of service possible as well as Increase sales for the business. 

• On boarding new clients
• Generating sales from a variety of networks 
• Keeping documentation and records of client interactions
• Offering advice to clients on products or services

Required: 

• Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
• Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
• Confidence and ability to deal with a range of clients
