Deputy Home Manager – Ofsted 

Redditch, Worcestershire 

£33,000 – £36,000 

My client is looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager for their 2 bed EBD home in the Redditch area. 

The Role: 

  • Support the Registered Manager within the service. 
  • Create a positive environment for service users.
  • Deliver high quality care. 
  • Contribute, implement and review care plans.
  • Follow process and procedures set by tHe company and Ofsted. 

Required: 

  • 2 years’ experience within children’s services.
  • Level 3 qualified and looking to progress to a level 5.
  • Dedicated to deliver quality care.
