My client is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team in the Gloucester area. 

The companies aim is too deliver quality care and make a positive difference to people’s lives. 

As the Deputy Manager would support the Registered Manager in delivering quality support. The Deputy would have some time on shift and some time based in the office for administration.

The deputy would line manage a dedicated team of support workers and team leaders, ensuring a high level of care is provided. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
• Should already have, or be willing to work towards, Diploma level 3, 4 or 5.
• You will be compassionate, respectful, and possess excellent communication skills.
