Healthcare Assistant

Safehands Recruitment, a specialist agency in Health and Social Care Recruitment, is currently seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in residential and nursing settings in Crewe and surrounding areas. We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your availability, including early, late, long day shifts, waking nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care following CQC guidelines and care plans
• Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
• Assist with domestic duties and food preparation
• Promote independence as much as possible

Experience:

• Previous experience in Health and Social Care – 6months+
• Resides in the Staffordshire area
• Demonstrates exceptional levels of care and compassion
• Possesses strong communication skills
• Possession of a full driving license and access to own vehicle is advantageous
• Experience in care home environments
