Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary care Registered Manager required for Cheltenham based service. 

Due to continued organic, growth my client is looking for a dynamic, experienced manager to join their team.

The company offer quality care to a range of different servce users across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the branch continues to grow and develop its community and safer independence service.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of the Care Act and working to CQC guidelines / legislation.
  • Ensure that you and the team work together to create travel effective rotas in advance and that customers have a consistent high-quality service from people they know.

About you:

  • Have Strong leadership skills.
  • Be forward thinking, self-motivated and persistent.
  • Be trustworthy, intuitive, organised and methodical.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.

Required: 

  • Level 5 or working towards.
  • Strong background as a manager within the care sector.
  • Full UK driving licence.
