Registered Manager – Extra Care Service

37.5 hours per week

My client is looking for a proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of their Extra Care services.

The service for 60 residents is based in Harrow. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user’s families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. 

Required: 

• Background within care management.
• Relevant professional qualifications
• Must be energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach.
• Be warm, person-centred and respectful.
• An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards.
