Senior Support Working -Ofsted

Senior Support Working required for award winning service that care and support young people with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Oversee risk assessments and the safeguarding of children in line with regulatory standards.
- Support and train Care Practitioners to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Actively engage in planning and delivering educational, recreational, and vocational opportunities.
- Manage challenging behaviours with empathy and resilience, including occasional physical interventions (training provided).
- Supervise and develop the Key Working and Case Management of children.
- Contribute to care plans and intervention strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Assist the Registered and Deputy Managers in quality assurance, audits, and policy development.
Required:
- Level 2 or high qualifications within care
- Experience within the care sector working within an Ofsted service
