Support worker required for bespoke Domiciliary company based in Cheltenham. 

Due to continued, organic growth they are looking to add a passionate, driven Support Worker to there team. 

You will be part of a small team where there is an inclusive, positive workplace culture and career progression. You will feel valued, respected, listened to, with support to complete nationally recognised qualifications, and work your way up within the company. There are both full-time and part-time hours available.

You will be compassionate, respectful, and possesses excellent communication skills. You don’t need to have a background in care, as high-quality training will be provided, but you do need to have an understanding of what care entails, and have a positive attitude towards our values and the aspirations of those you will be supporting.
