Support Worker

Safehands Recruitment is currently assisting a very prestigious charity in Bradford to recruit a Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of their busy residential care services in Bradford. They are looking for talented individuals with experience in social care in a supervisory role, working with people with learning disabilities. This is a full-time permanent position that entails 37.5 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily chores like cooking and cleaning
• Promoting independence among the individuals they support
• Providing personal care
• Handling complex needs
• collaborating with other agencies and families
