Full time – 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday 

My client specialises in supporting living outreach, domiciliary care and respite services to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. 

The company also support people with a physical disability and older people with care and support needs, including people living with dementia.

Due to continued growth the company are looking for an experienced Team Leader for their supported living service in Leicester. 

The Role – 

• To be responsible for the management within the services.
• To develop and co-ordinate a flexible, high quality service forthe service users
• To supervise and manage a team of staff providing person centred support.
• To enable the service users to maintain their independence, experience improved wellbeing, and enjoy opportunities for personal development.
• To ensure that all staff work in a positive, person-centred and non-discriminatory manner, ensuring that the rights of service users are respected at all times.
