Location – Worcester 

Sector – Children’s Residential 

Shift Pattern – 1 on 2 off

Team leader required for a 4 bedded children’s service in Worcester, specialising in Emotional Behavioural needs.

Job role: 

• Planning team rotas.
• Supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments. 
• Meeting the needs of our Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations.

Qualifications/Experience/Requirements

• You’ll need to have experience leading a team in Residential Care
• You’ll be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• A Full UK driving licence is required do to the location and nature of the role

• A starting rate of £13.40 – £14.00)
• £30 Sleep in rate
