The main purpose of the post is to provide an efficient and responsive regional training coordination and administration service within my clients busy Learning & Development department based within our Head Office.

Mental Health Support Worker Responsibilities:
· Supporting Individuals: Provide one-on-one or group support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Assist them with daily activities, medication management, and emotional support.
· Creating a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of the individuals you care for by maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
· Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct assessments of individuals’ mental health needs and monitor their progress. Report any significant changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
