The Floating Support Service Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of a comprehensive support service in Doncaster. This pivotal role involves ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality support to individuals living independently in the community, as well as those in a supported living arrangement.

The Manager will oversee the supported living scheme, which accommodates up to 8 adults across two houses. Key responsibilities include void management, collaboration with Sanctuary Housing, staff deployment, and ensuring timely move-ins and move-outs.

Experienced Required – 

  • Proven experience in managing support services, ideally within a similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of housing and supported living services.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and outcome-based service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
