Safehands Rectuitment, one of the UK’s fastest-growing providers of health and social care staff, is launching a new Bristol office in September, in response overwhelming client demand.
Safehands specialises in supplying fully qualified support workers, healthcare assistants and nurses into the health, social care and education sectors.
Founded with just a laptop and a phone three years ago by current MD Katie Armstrong, the company has seen double-digit growth each year with 6 fully manned offices across the South West and the corporate backing Re Resource Group.
“Our growth rate and success is simply down to our commitment to consistently engage with our customers, and solve their staffing challenges quickly and efficiently“, explained Permanent Recruitment Consultant, Philippa Biggs from Safehands.
Safehands has grown consistently over the past three years, adding to its roster of clients including nursing homes, residential homes, day centres, specialist schools, colleges, charities, hospitals and local authorities.
“Safehands have a wealth of market knowledge within the health and social care market. They really took time to understand our business and our particular requirements”, explained Stephen Coates, Operations Director for Craegmoore Healthcare.
“I am extremely happy with all the support we have received from the team at Safehands who have proved excellent in carefully vetting, gaining references and supplying fully-qualified care staff for us”.
Safehands founder Katie Armstrong explained, “Opening our seventh office in the South West is testament to the level of service our care staff provide, the professionalism of our recruitment consultants and our ambition as a regional business”.
“We are really passionate about supporting local enterprise and championing women in business in this region. In order to celebrate the opening of our Bristol office and celebrate local business, we are sponsoring a champagne reception at the Business Leader Awards in Bristol on the 22nd of September.
